LIC Credit Card Bill Payment

1. NEFT Payment: You can pay your LIC credit card bills online using any bank account with the NEFT facility. Just follow the easy steps given below to do the same.
   1. Log on to the internet banking facility of the bank of your choice and go to the National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) option.
   2. Add a beneficiary by providing the following details: beneficiary name as your name on the credit card, beneficiary bank name as Axis Bank, beneficiary branch name as Mumbai, beneficiary account number as your 16 digit LIC Credit Card Number and IFSC code as UTIB0000400.
   3. After the beneficiary is approved and added, you will be able to make fund transfers towards your credit card outstanding.

1. Online Payment from Other Bank Net Banking: Customers can make credit card payments from other bank Net Banking accounts. Follow the simple instructions given below to make an online payment towards LIC credit card dues from other bank’s Net Banking portal.
   1. Select Billdesk in LIC Credit Card Payment Page.
   2. Provide your credit card details including the 16-digit card number and the amount that you would like to pay.
   3. From the list of banks, select a bank through which you would like to execute the payment.
   4. You will be redirected securely to the payment gateway of your chosen bank.
   5. You can make a payment after you enter the authentication details.
   6. On successful payment, you will receive an online confirmation and a transaction reference number for future reference.
2. VISA Money Transfer: Customers can make payments towards the LIC credit card using the Visa Money Transfer Facility. Using this facility, you can make credit card bill payments using any Visa Debit Card. Most of the leading banks offer this feature which allows you to transfer money from debit card to LIC credit cards.
   1. You can select the “Visa Payment” option under “Funds Transfer” menu in your bank’s Internet Banking portal.
   2. To know more on how to use the VISA Money Transfer facility, contact the debit card issuing bank.

How to Pay LIC Credit Card Bill Payment Offline

For customers who prefer to make payments directly at the bank or associated outlets, LIC also has an array of offline payment methods. You can choose from any of the below mentioned offline methods to make your credit card payment.

1. Using Cheque or Demand Draft: Customers can make their credit card payment without any hassles by drawing a cheque or demand draft in favour of LIC. Follow the instructions given below to make your credit card payment using cheque or demand draft.
   1. Draw a draft or cheque in favour of LIC - 16 digit credit card number.
   2. The cheque or the draft can be presented at any of the MINC Bill boxes.
   3. To know your nearest MINC bill box location, refer to the list given on LIC cards website or contact LIC.
2. Cash Payment: To make credit card bill payments by cash, just visit the nearest Axis Bank branch.
   1. Go to the nearest Axis Bank branch. Fill a receipt intended for credit card payments through cash.
   2. You will have to enter information about the card number and your contacts.
   3. Do not forget to receive acknowledgement for the payment.
3. ECS - Electronic Clearing System: LIC cardholders can submit a form in writing to authorize Axis Bank and associated service providers to debit the bank account through Electronic Clearing System.
   1. Submit a form in writing to the nearest Axis Bank branch or courier the form to LIC cards Support section. You will be required to fill in information about card number, name and details of the bank account from which the amount is to be debited.
   2. You can choose to pay the total amount due or the minimum amount due.

LIC Credit Card Statement

LIC credit cardholders will receive their card statement at the end of billing cycle each month. The statement will generally be sent to the customer’s postal address or registered mail id. Cardholders can also download an e-statement for the credit card through the online portal offered by LIC Cards. The credit card statement will provide important information about the minimum payment due, total payment due and the due date. Other data like reward points accumulated, other charges related to credit card services will also be listed on the credit card statement.
