There are multiple ways to pay your HSBC credit card bill payment offline, and they are as follows:

Ways to Pay HSBC Credit Card Bill Online

One of the easiest ways of managing your credit card bills is by using online payment channels. You can clear your dues whenever and wherever you want

1. Through HSBC Net Banking: HSBC Bank offers its customers the convenience of clearing their credit card dues through the net banking facility. To avail yourself of this facility, you need to login to your HSBC net banking account, navigate to the credit card bill payment option and complete the transaction.
2. HSBC Mobile Banking: You can also complete the credit card bill payment using the HSBC mobile banking facility. You need to download the HSBC mobile application and log in. Then navigate to the credit card bill payment section and complete the credit card bill payment.
3. National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT): For NEFT payments, you will have to enter your 16-digit HSBC card number. You will also have to mention the IFSC code, which is 'HSBC0400002'.
4. BillDesk: You can transfer money from any bank account to your HSBC credit card online using the BillDesk facility. To avail yourself of this facility, you will have to provide your 16-digit HSBC card number, payment amount, and select your bank account for payment.  
5. PayU: Pay your HSBC credit card bills online from any bank account through the PayU Payment Service. This is another third-party website linked from HSBC's official payment page.
6.  Standing instructions: Ensure you never miss a payment by opting for standing instructions. The amount will get debited from your HSBC savings or current account automatically.
7. Electronic Clearing System (ECS): This payment mode can be used if you don't have an account with HSBC. The amount will get auto-debited from your other bank account. 

Ways to Pay HSBC Credit Card Bill Offline

HSBC also provides several offline payment channels to ensure you make your payments on time.

• Cheque/draft: You can address the cheque to your credit card account and mail it to your nearest HSBC branch.
• PhoneBanking: To clear your card dues over the phone, you will have to make a PIN verified call to HSBC.
• ATMs: There are two ways you can make a card payment through an HSBC ATM:
  • Deposit cash or a cheque.
  • Use the ATM funds transfer option.
• Over the Counter: The last payment mode offered by HSBC is ‘Over the Counter’, where you can deposit a cheque or cash at any HSBC branch.
