    The credit card limit of this credit card is at the discretion of the bank. In order to decide the limit for a particular credit card, the bank considers a number of factors such as the credit history of the applicant, credit score along with the repayment behavior of past and current debts.

    Eligibility of SBI PRIME Card

    1. You must be between 18 - 80 years of age.
    2. Add-on credit cardholder must be above 18 years.
    3. The applicant can be a resident as well as a non-resident of India.

    Documents Required to Apply for SBI Prime Credit Card

    2. A copy of PAN card or Form 60.
    3. Identity proof - PAN, driving licence, Aadhaar Card, etc.

    Click on the Apply Now button on the card page to begin your online application process. 

    1. Step 3: Enter Basic Personal Information 

    Provide your full name, mobile number, and e-mail ID. Confirm your mobile with the OTP that was sent to you and proceed after accepting the terms and declarations. 

    1. Step 4: Enter Personal and Residential Information 

    Enter your date of birth, nationality, PAN information, and address. Make sure the information matches your official documents as they will be checked later. 

    1. Step 5: Enter Employment and Income Information 

    Select your employment type (salaried or self-employed) and enter other information like employer/business, monthly income, and office address, if applicable. 

    1. Step 6: Upload KYC and Supporting Documents 

    Enter required KYC information and upload supporting documents- identity proof, address proof, and proof of income (recent salary slips, Form 16, or income tax return).

    How to Transfer your other bank credit card balances to your SBI Prime Card

    Managing credit card dues can be easier and more affordable with the Balance Transfer on EMI facility offered by SBI Card PRIME. This allows you to transfer the outstanding balance of your other bank’s credit card to your SBI Card at a lower rate of interest and repay in easy EMIs.

    By opting for this service, you can consolidate your credit card dues, reduce the burden of high-interest rates, and continue enjoying the benefits of your SBI Card.

    Method 1: Online Through the SBI Card Website 

    1. Step 1: Access the SBI Card Website and Log In: Go to sbicard.com and log in to your online account using your User ID and password. If you have not yet registered, you will also need to register for an online account. 
    1. Step 2: Navigate to the Balance transfer on EMI Option: Navigate to the benefits or Offers/Services section and find the Balance Transfer on EMI option. This will allow you to transfer outstanding dues from another Bank credit card to your SBI Card. 
    1. Step 3: Select the Amount and Tenure: Choose the outstanding amount you would like to transfer, depending on your available credit limit, then select an EMI tenure and Interest plan. 
    1. Step 4: Confirm the Request: Review the terms and confirm the request, at which point the transfer history will be transferred to your bank card via NEFT. 
    1. Step 5: Wait for Processing Time: The transfer will usually be completed within 3 to 4 business days, and the EMI will then be reflected in your SBI Card statement.

    1. Step 1: SMS Request: From your registered mobile number, text BTEMI to 56767 to initiate a Balance Transfer request. 
    1. Step 2: You will receive eligibility and offers: SBI Card will send you a text with applicable Balance Transfer options and instructions or call you with the offers for confirmation and plan selection. 
    1. Step 3: Complete the request: Simply follow the steps provided by SBI Card to complete the transfer and the EMI plan you would like to select. 

    Method 3: Call SBI Card Customer Care 

    1. Step 1: Call SBI Card Support: Call from your registered mobile number: 39 02 02 02 (prefix local STD) or 1860 180 1290.
