Catering to the needs of different individuals, the Bank of Baroda has rolled out a number of savings accounts such as the Super Savings Account, Regular Savings Account, Basic Savings Account, Salary Advantage Savings Account, Pensioners Savings Account, and so on.
Through these savings accounts, customers can carry out banking procedures seamlessly. Those wishing to open a savings account with the Bank of Baroda will have to submit their KYC documents - proof of identity and address - to be eligible.
The KYC norms were set by the Reserve Bank of India in order to protect the account details of the bank account holder from any sort of fraudulent activity. In addition, it helps the bank monitor high-value transactions and to curb any sort of financial scam, money laundering, and so on.
