Step 3: Click 'First Time User' on the login page to initiate the registration process.

Step 5: Provide all the required details, including your ATM card number, mobile number, email ID, and PIN.

For Personal Banking Users 

Customers utilising Axis Bank Personal Net Banking can log in by following these steps: 

Step 1: Visit the Axis Bank net banking website

Step 2: After clicking on the 'Login' button' choose the 'Personal Banking' option from the drop-down menu. 

Step 3: Provide your customer ID and password on the login page.

For Corporate Net Banking Login for Axis Bank:

Axis Bank corporate users can log in to the Axis Corporate Net Banking portal using the following steps: 

Step 1: Navigate to the Axis Bank online banking website and click on the 'Login' button.

If you have forgotten or lost your Axis Internet Banking password, follow these steps to reset it: 

Step 1: Log in to your Axis Internet Banking page

Step 2: Locate the 'Forgot Password?' option at the bottom of the screen. 

Step 3: After entering your login ID, click 'Proceed.' 

Step 4: Validate your account by entering your debit card number, PIN, and registered mobile number. 

Step 5: Enter the new password twice to confirm. 

Step 6: Your screen will show a pop-up message indicating the successful reset. You can now use the new password to log in to your account. 

What is Netsecure?

A two-factor authentication-based system that is provided by Axis Bank to improve the secutity of online transactions is Netsecure.

Types of Netsecure

  1. Netsecure with SMS: In this case, the Netsecure Code will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number. Currently, Axis Bank offers this facility to domestic customers only.
  2. Netsecure with 1-Touch Device: In this case, the customer has to generate the Netsecure code using the 1-Touch device provided by the bank.
  3. Mobile Application: Customers should install the Axis Netsecure app from App Store or Play Store to generate the OTP using the app. Currently, Axis Bank offers this feature to NRI customers only.
  4. Display Debit Card: The Netsecure code can be generated with the help of the Display Debit Card option. Higher transactions limits can be set by using this option.

How to register for Netsecure?

  1. Fill the internet banking application form and submit it at the nearest Axis Bank branch.
  2. Register your mobile number with the bank account to opt for the Netsecure facility.
  3. The bank will send the passwords via email.
  4. Once you receive the password, log in to your net banking account.
  5. A message requesting you to register for Netsecure will be displayed.
  6. Select the mode.
  7. Enter your mobile number to complete the registration process.

Netsecure with Mobile App:

Customer can also register for Netsecure by using the mobile app. To register for Netsecure via the mobile app, the below-mentioned steps must be followed:

  1. Please make sure that you have an Android or IOS phone to initiate Netsecure through the mobile app.
  2. Resident customers should make sure that their phone number is registered with Axis Bank. Update the phone number that you frequently use. All alerts will be sent to your registered phone number.
  3. NRI customers should make sure that their email address is registered with Axis Bank. Make sure you provide your most frequently used email address as all future updates will be sent to the registered email ID.
  4. The step for both resident and NRI customers is to login to Axis Bank Internet Banking and access the registration page.
  5. On the registration page, customers will have to choose “Netsecure with mobile App” option.
  6. Existing customers who wish to switch to “Netsecure with mobile app” option using internet banking facility can do so by visiting Axis Bank. They will find this option under the services tab.
  7. Visit the app store and install “Axis Netsecure” app onto your phone.
  8. Follow the steps on Internet Banking to complete the registration process.

  • I have forgotten my online banking password. Can I generate a new one?

    There is no need to worry if you have forgotten your internet banking ID and password. You can easily generate the password online by providing the 16-digit ATM/Debit Card Number and ATM PIN.

  • How safe is it to use online banking? What level of security does Axis Bank employ to safeguard security of my transactions?

    Safety of your transactions is of paramount importance. Axis Bank employs multiple layers of advanced protection which includes 128-bit encryption, double level of passwords (for login and transactions) and second factor authentication (Netsecure code) to ensure that your transactions are carried out securely.

  • I think there has been an unauthorized transaction carried out from my account? What do I do?

    If you are suspicions that a transactions may have been carried out without your authorization, you must report the same to the bank at customer.service@axisbank.com without any delay.

  • Do I only need one User ID for all Axis Bank relationships?

    Yes, you only need one User ID to carry out your online banking transactions and other Axis bank relationships.

  • Is it mandatory to register for Netsecure?

    If you want to perform financial transactions like transfer funds, pay bills, recharge your phone etc., it is mandatory to register for Netsecure. If you do not register for Netsecure, you cannot carry out any of these activities. You can only view your account details.

  • How can I switch between two options of Netsecure?

    If you wish to change the Netsecure mode, you can do that by logging in to your internet banking. Click on the “Register For” tab and choose the mode of your choice.

  • How can I unregister from Netsecure?

    If you wish to unregister from Netsecure, you will have to send an email to customer.service@axisbank.com from your registered email ID or from the Axis Bank Internet Banking mailbox. Please note that once you unregister from Netsecure, you will not be able to carry out any financial transactions online.

  • Can I use the same Netsecure Code more than once?

    For security purposes, you will not be allowed to use the same Netsecure Code more than once. Please note that one Netsecure Code can be used only once. It has to be used before it expires as each Netsecure Code expires in 90 seconds.

  • I am getting an “Invalid OTP” error on entering Netsecure code. What does that mean?

    This error appears if you've entered the wrong or expired Netsecure Code (valid for 90 seconds). Click “On Call OTP” to get a new code via voice call.

    Note: After 5 incorrect attempts, your user ID will be suspended for 24 hours.

  • What if the OTP does not reach me on time?

    Delays can occur due to technical issues. Use “Resend OTP” to get the same code. If not received, try the “On Call OTP” option to get the code via an automated call to your registered mobile number.

  • I am an getting “Invalid Netsecure Code” error for the code I generated on my 1-Touch Device. What should I do?

    This error occurs if the code is incorrect or expired (90-second validity). Generate a new code using your 1-Touch Device. If the issue persists, use the “Resync” option to sync the device.

  • Is it secure to use Axis Bank Internet banking?

    Certainly, Axis Internet Banking services are secure for use. Axis Bank employs multiple layers of protection, including 128-bit encryption, dual-level passwords, and second-factor authentication (NETSECURE code), to ensure the safety of customer data and transactions. 

  • What should I do if I discover unauthorised transactions on my account?

  • How can I obtain my Axis Bank Login ID?

    Your Customer ID and login ID are the same, and you can find them in your welcome letter or on your chequebook. Additionally, you can obtain your Login ID or customer ID by texting 'CUSTID account no.' to 5676782 from your registered mobile number.

  • What is the purpose of Axis Bank mPIN?

    Axis Bank mPIN is a four-digit code set during m-banking registration. It works as an additional security layer to prevent fraudulent activities. Users use this four-digit mPIN to log in to their mobile banking application.
