• Is it possible to combine the two offers in the joining benefits and change the premium economy ticket voucher to a business class ticket?

  No, you cannot combine the complimentary Premium economy ticket voucher with the one-class upgrade voucher. However, the one-class upgrade voucher may be applied to a different separate Club Vistara flight ticket.

• How many free tickets will I receive each year?

  Up to six premium economy class ticket vouchers may be given out each year. This includes five extra tickets as a yearly spend milestone benefit in addition to one complimentary ticket as a joining benefit.

• How long is the premium economy ticket voucher valid after the joining fee has been paid?

  The voucher is usually valid for six months before it is redeemed. It has a three-month validity after redemption.

• What is the validity of my CV Points?

  The Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Card reward points are valid for 36 months. You can get more information about the precise validity period by logging in to your Club Vistara account.

• How do I use my complimentary lounge/spa benefit?

  You can activate your complimentary lounge/spa benefit by spending a minimum of Rs.5,000 in any calendar month. The benefit will then be available for the next month.

• Will I always be eligible for the bonus 2,000 CV points when I reach monthly milestones?

  Only the first year of card membership is eligible for the Bonus 2000 CV points when you achieve qualifying monthly spending milestones in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th billing cycles. This particular bonus point offer will not be available in subsequent years.

• Can I book international flights using CV Points?

  Yes, you can book domestic and international flights on Club Vistara using the accumulated CV Points.

• Can I give an add-on Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Card?

  Yes, an add-on Club Vistara IDFC FIRST Credit Card is available for your friends and family. There are no joining or annual fees associated with the add-on card. Airport lounge access is also available to the add-on customer because it is transferable between the primary and add-on cardholders.
