  2. Chat with ILA: Customers can register for e-statement using the ILA - chatbot by SBI by logging into the SBI card account and registering themselves. The e-statement for the credit card will be sent to their registered email address.
  3. Call customer care: Card users can contact customer care support team at 1860 180 1290, 1860 500 1290, or [STD Code] 3902 0202 to switch to e-statement service.

How to Avail SBI Credit Card Statement Online as Well Offline

Cardholders can make a request for online credit card statements using the netbanking facility. Once this request is fulfilled, the bank will discontinue sending hard copies of their credit card statement. Offline credit card statements can be obtained by via post. Visiting the nearest branch

Availing your credit card statement can also be done by visiting any branch of the State Bank of India. You can speak to a bank representative and give him the required details to get a physical copy of your credit card statement.
