  1. Visit the official website of UTIITSL and click on the option 'Apply as an Indian Citizen/NRI'.
  1. Click on ‘Apply for New PAN Card’ (Form 49A).
  1. Choose the option ‘Digital Mode’ and then ‘Aadhaar-based e-KYC'.
  1. Select the PAN Card mode according to your requirements.  
  1. Click on submit and note down the reference number for future use.
  1. Fill out form 49A accurately by filling in the personal details such as name, date of birth, address, and Aadhaar details.
  1. Further, fill in your contact and parent details, then on the next page, address details. 
  1. Upload the required documents such as identity proof, address proof, and date of birth proof.
  1. Review your form once and then submit it. You can track your PAN application status through the reference number.

Steps to Get an e-PAN Card Through Aadhaar Card 

You can now get an instant e-PAN by using your Aadhaar Card for e-KYC in ten minutes. Here are the steps given below:  

  1. Visit the official website of Income Tax e-Filing. 
  1. Navigate to the option ‘Instant e-PAN' and then click on ‘Get New e-PAN'
  1. Fill in your Aadhaar number and confirm the acknowledgement. 
  1. Accept the terms and conditions and click on ‘Next’ 
  1. Fill in the six-digit OTP that you will get on your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card. 
  1. On the next page, click on the checkbox and proceed further. 
  1. If your email ID has not yet been validated, click on ‘Validate Email ID’. Then, select the checkbox and click ‘Continue’ to proceed. 
  1. Your application will be submitted successfully, and you can note down the acknowledgement number to check the status of your e-PAN.
