You will have to fill in the required information such as your name, PAN details, address and your complaint/query/feedback and submit it. The Income Tax Network will get in touch with you regarding the same through phone or email.
You can use the online portal run by the Income Tax Department called the Aayakar Sampark Kendra or ASK to file a complaint in regard to your PAN. You can follow the steps mentioned below for the same:
Step1 - Visit the portal.
Step 2 - Under the 'Grievances' section, fill up the required details such as the nature of the complaint, receipt number, and so on.
Step 3 - Click on the 'Submit' button to file the complaint.

To file a complaint regarding your PAN through NSDL e-Gov, you can visit the website Protean eGov Technologies .
