  1. Step 3: Click on queries/complaints.

  1. Step 5: Click on the ‘yes’ option for the consent statement. 
  1. Step 6: Enter the CAPTCHA code.

For general complaints regarding PAN Cards, you can either visit the NSDL or UTIISL websites. For queries regarding tax filing related to the PAN, you can contact the Income Tax Department.
