You can pay your PSPCL electricity bill online by visiting the official website or by downloading the PSPCL mobile app (or) You can visit the nearest section office or collection center to pay your electricity bill.

How to Pay your PSPCL Bill Online?

Given below are the steps you will have to follow in order to pay your electricity bill online:

Official Website

1. Visit the official website of PSPCL
2. On the main page click on Insta Bill Payment. You will be directed to a new page
3. You will have a host of payment options to choose from. If you are a registered customer, click on 'Bill Pay'. You will be directed to a new page
4. Enter the account number and click on 'Submit'
5. You can then view the bill and then proceed to make the payment.
6. Choose the mode of payment following which you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
7. After entering the OTP your payment will be completed.
8. You can save the e-receipt for future reference.

Through e-wallet

There are different e-wallets available which you can use to pay your electricity bill. Some of the e-wallets that you can use to pay your electricity bills are PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Bajaj Finserv, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc. We will list down the steps you will have to follow in order to pay your electricity bill: 

1. Visit the official website of the e-wallet or open the e-wallet app on your mobile phone 

1. Click on the 'electricity bill'/ 'bill' section on the page. 

1. Enter the state in which you reside, followed by the electricity board. 

1. Enter the consumer number or your account number. 

1. Click on submit 

1. The bill will be fetched, and you will be able to view the billing amount. 

1. Proceed to complete the payment by following the instructions. 

1. Once the payment is completed, save the e-receipt for future reference. 

Through Paytm 

To pay the PSPCL electricity bill through the Paytm app, you can follow the steps below: 

1. Step 1: Go to the Paytm mobile app or website. 

1. Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Bills and Recharges’ section. 

1. Step 3: Click on ‘electricity’. 

1. Step 4: Select PSPCL as the electricity board. 

1. Step 5: Provide your customer ID. 

1. Step 6: Click on ‘Fetch Bill’. 

1. Step 7: Select your preferred payment method.

2. Sign up into the application using your mobile number

2. Add your PSPCL account number in your application
3. Choose Pay Bill options, after adding the account number
4. Verify your bill details and click on ‘Pay Bill’
5. Select the payment gateway and select the payment method

How to Pay your PSPCL Bill Offline?

You can pay your electricity bill offline by visiting the nearest PSPCL office or collection center. Make sure you carry the electricity bill along with you in order to make the payment process quick. You can pay using your credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, e-wallets, demand draft, cheque, or simply by cash.

How to pay PSPCL bill through RTGS?

The following are the steps to pay PSPCL bill through RTGS:

1. Go to the registration page of RTGS
2. Enter the account number

1. Click on ‘Get Details’ option
2. Print Acknowledgement button will be visible if the mobile number and email address are already registered
3. Click on ‘Print Acknowledgement’
4. Enter the mobile number and email address, if not yet registered and click on ‘Submit’
5. Confirmation will be sent after three days

How can I pay PSPCL bills through UMANG app?

The following are the steps to make PSPCL bill payment through UMANG application:

1. Download the application on your mobile device
2. Complete the registration process

1. Log into the app using your credentials
2. Click on ‘Go to All Services’ and select ‘Bharat Bil Pay’
3. Select ‘Electricity Bill’ and choose the biller ‘PSPCL’
4. Enter the account number and click on pay button after the bill details appears on the screen
