  1. Visit any Indian Bank ATM and insert debit card.
  2. On the main page of the ATM screen, first choose the language of your preference.
  3. Once that is done, choose the 'generate/set PIN' option.
  4. Click on 'Generate OTP' to continue with the process.
  5. The OTP (One-time password) will now be sent to your registered mobile number.
  6. Now, enter your Indian Bank account number.
  7. Re-enter your number as part of the confirmation process.
  8. Choose 'yes' to link your registered mobile number and bank account to your Indian Bank debit card

  1. Using your Indian Bank registered mobile number, call either of the national IVR toll-free numbers of Indian Bank - 1800 425 00 000/1800 425 4422.
  2. Select option two for debit card related queries from the other options given.
  3. Choose option four to register Indian Bank ATM debit card PIN.
  4. Enter your 16-digit Indian Bank debit card number as requested.
  5. Once you have entered the debit card number, type in the expiry date of your debit card number in the DDMMYY format.
  6. Now, enter your Indian Bank account number.
  7. Enter your date of birth in the DDMMYYYY format.
  8. Once you have entered all the required details, re-dial the national toll-free number of the Indian Bank IVR phone banking facility.
  9. Now, choose option five to generate ATM debit card PIN.
  10. Re-enter your debit card number.
  11. As requested, enter the CVV number of your debit card. The CVV number is the 3-digit number on the back of your card.
  12. Once you enter your debit card details.
  13. Next, enter the four-digit PIN of your choice.
  14. Re-enter the ATM debit card PIN to confirm the combination.
  15. Once that is done, Indian Bank will tell you that your PIN has been generated. The bank will also send you a notification message saying that your PIN has been generated and your debit card is now active.
