The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has asked all the banks to make cardless cash withdrawals available in all the ATMs via Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Under this system, the customers no longer have to use their debit cards or credit cards while withdrawing cash from the ATM.

Steps to Withdraw Cash Without a Card from SBI ATM

Given below are the step by step procedure to withdraw cash without sbi debit card:

Step 1: Login to the SBI YONO app through internet banking user id and password.

Step 2: Choose YONO Cash option from YONO Pay option in Home Page.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new landing page. Then Click on ‘ATM’ under the ‘New Request’ section.

Step 4: Now, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw.

Step 5: Create your YONO Cash PIN and Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Step 6: Next, click on ‘Confirm’. You will receive a Transaction Reference Number at your registered mobile number.

Step 7: Now, visit to your nearest YONO Cash enabled SBI ATM.

Step 8: Tap on ‘YONO CASH’ and Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw.

Step 9: Now, enter the ‘YONO Cash PIN’.

Step 10: The ATM will validate your transaction and will disburse the cash.

How to Withdraw Cash from ATMs using UPI

The following are the steps to withdraw cash from ATMs using UPI:

Step 1: Select ‘Withdraw cash’ option on the ATM screen

Step 2: Then, Select UPI option on ATM screen.

Step 3: Now , the QR code will be displayed on the screen

Step 4: After that,  Activate the QR scanner by opening UPI app such as PhonePe or GooglePay

Step 5: Now, Enter the cash amount that you want to withdraw and Click on ‘Proceed

Step 6: Finally,  Enter UP PIN to complete the cash withdrawal.

Steps to Withdraw Cash Without a Card from HDFC Bank ATM

Given below are the step-by-step procedure to withdraw cash without hdfc debit card:

Step 1: Login to your HDFC net banking portal.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Select Fund Transfer’ option and Click on ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’.

Step 3: Now, choose the ‘Debit Bank Account’.

Step 4: Next, select a Registered Beneficiary and Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

Step 5: Click on ‘Continue’ and ‘Confirm’.

Step 6: Next, confirm the registered mobile number and enter the One Time Password (OTP) for validating the transaction.

Step 7: You will get an SMS that contains OTP, the amount, and nine-digit order ID.

Step 8: Now, visit the nearest HDFC Bank ATM and choose ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ option.

Step 9:  Select your preferred language.

Step 10: Enter the details like OTP, the beneficiary’s mobile number, order ID, and the transaction amount.

Step 11: Once you are done with all the steps, the cash will be disbursed by the HDFC ATM.

Steps to Withdraw Cash Without a Card from ICICI Bank ATM

To avail this cardless cash withdrawal facility without using ICICI Bank atm card. Given below are the steps that will guide you to avail this facility:

Step 1: Go to the ICICI Bank mobile application and Tap on ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ option.

Step 2: Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw.

Step 3: Enter the four-digit temporary PIN number. Next, select the account number from which you want to withdraw the cash.

Step 4: A pop-up message will appear as a pre confirmation notification.

Step 5: Click on ‘Confirm’ and Finally, click on ‘Submit’.

Step 6: The bank will activate a cardless cash withdrawal facility for you after following the above-mentioned steps.

Step 7: Then, you will receive a six-digit code at your registered phone number.

Step 8: Once you get it, you need to visit your nearest ICICI Bank ATM and enter the details such as your registered phone number, six-digit code, and four-digit temporary PIN.

Step 9:  Once you have entered the details, the ATM will dispense the cash.

Steps to Withdraw Cash Without a Card from Punjab National Bank ATM

Given below are the steps that will guide you to withdraw cash without an PNB Debit card from ATM:

Step 1: Login to the PNB One app and Tap on ‘Debit Card’ option.

Step 2: Choose the ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ and Select the debit account.

Step 3: Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw.

Step 4: You will receive a reference number at your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Now, visit your nearest PNB ATM andTap on the ‘Cardless Cash Withdrawal’ option.

 Step 6: Enter the reference number that you received at your registered mobile number.

Step 7: The cash will be disbursed by the ATM.

Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW)

Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW) is a facility provided to the customer of participating banks to withdraw cash from the ATM enabled for ICCW.

These customers can avail cardless cash withdrawals using the UPI option which is enabled for Bank of Baroda and City Union Bank for now.

The following are some of the key features of ICCW:

  3. Transaction limit is Rs.10,000 per transaction,

Note: Transaction limit is according to the exiting UPI transaction limit set for ICCW transaction as per issuer bank.
