Follow the steps given below to self-register on the ‘IOB Connect’ mobile application:
Step 1: You need to install the IOB Mobile Banking app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. You can register on your own through the app.
Step 2: Select the SIM that is registered with the bank account and proceed. Do ensure the SIM has sufficient SMS balance, as SIM binding will take place during this step.
Step 3: Once SIM binding is successful, you will have to enter your ‘Account Number’ or ‘Customer ID’ to continue.
Step 4: After registration is confirmed, you will have to set a 6-digit App Passcode for secure login.
Step 5: Select your Primary Account and choose whether to enable fund transfer. If opted in, set your MPIN using either active debit card details or Aadhaar OTP.
Once the registration is complete, your IOB mobile application is ready for use.

Yes, you can reset your IOB Connect password. To do so, you will have to go to settings and click on ‘Reset MPIN’ option. Now you can set a new MPIN using your debit card details.
