- Visit https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/.
- Under the 'Online Services' drop-down menu, click on 'Driving License Related Services.'
- Choose the state.
- Click on the 'Appointments' option.
- Under the 'Slot Booking' section, click on 'DL Test Slot Booking.'
- You can choose to enter your Application Number or Learner Licence Number.
- Enter your date of birth and verification code.
- Click on the 'Submit' option.
- Choose the class of vehicle.
- Click on 'Proceed to Book.'
- Choose a date and time as per your preference.
- Click on the 'Book Slot' button.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number/email id.
- Enter the OTP and click on 'Submit.'
- Click on 'Confirm to Slot Book.'
On the selected date and time, you will have to visit the regional transport office (RTO) and appear for the driving skill test. If you successfully clear the test, your driving licence will be issued.
