Types of Learner's License

  5. MC EX50CC licence: Licence for motorcycles having a capacity of 50cc or greater, motorcycles with gear, and light motor vehicles (LMVs) such as cars.

  2. MGV licence: Licence for a medium goods vehicle.
  3. HGMV licence: Licence issued to heavy goods motor vehicle.

Step 3: If yes, then fill your online application form with basic details like your name, postal code, district, your father's name, etc.

Step 4: After filling the online application, you will be asked to upload scanned copies of all the required documents.

Step 5: Next, you will be asked to choose a slot for your written exam.

Step 6: After choosing the slot, you will be asked to pay the application fee.

Offline Method:

Follow the steps mentioned below to apply for a learner's license offline:

Step 1: Visit your local RTO Office and obtain a learner's license application form. You will have to fill Form 2 or Form 3 whichever is applicable.

Step 3: Attach all the necessary documents and photographs to the form.
