Form 34
If you purchase a vehicle through a lease, hire purchase or hypothecation agreement, you need to fill Registration Certificate (RC) with the names of the financier and the registered owner. Regional Transport Office (RTO) Form 34 can be used to make these entries in the vehicle registration certificate. In case the original registering authority is different, you have to duplicate this document.
Once the entry is made in the registration certificate, the RTO sends a copy of this application to the registering authority and the financier of the vehicle via a registered email.
