  1. Step 1: Begin by visiting the official website of the National Grievance Service Portal. 
  1. Step 2: Once on the homepage, locate and click on the 'Sign Up' option. 
  2. Step 3: Enter your mobile number and captcha code as prompted. 
  3. Step 4: Click on 'Register' and proceed to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your mobile device. 
  4. Step 5: After entering the OTP, click on 'Confirm' to verify your registration. 
  5. Step 6: Navigate to the new page that appears and provide all the necessary information as requested. 
  6. Step 7: Click on 'Submit' to lodge your grievance successfully. 
  7. Step 8: Next, click on 'Login' and enter your registered mobile number, captcha code, and password. 
  8. Step 9: Click on 'Submit' to proceed to the dashboard. 
  9. Step 10: Once logged in, click on 'Lodge Grievance' to access the grievance form. 
  10. Step 11: Fill in all the required details, such as your name, mobile number, and address. 
  11. Step 12: After completing the form, click on 'Submit' to finalise the grievance submission.

In Andhra Pradesh, new enrolled voters will receive EPICs by 15 February

The Electoral Photo Identity Cards (EPICs) will be received by all the newly enrolled voters in Andhra Pradesh by 15 February. This also applies to the first-timers of 18–19 years of age. The new EPICs will be printed so that they can be delivered to the doorstep by speed post to the voters. These cards will be printed in black and white, unlike the traditional voter ID cards. The new EPIC card will be colour PVC cards with information in vertical format along with photographs.
