Step 6: After submitting the application, make the required payment, and then click on ‘Print Out’ to obtain the acknowledgement and application form. 

Step 7: The next step involves submitting this form, along with all the necessary documents, to your nearest RTO office. Additionally, you will need to schedule an appointment for the verification of your vehicle.

How to Apply for a Duplicate RC Offline?

To apply for a duplicate RC through offline channels, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Visit the Regional Transport Office (RTO) where your original RC was initially issued. 

Step 2: Obtain Form No. 26A, which is the designated form for applying for a duplicate RC

Step 3: Complete the form by providing all the required information and ensure that you attach all the necessary documents as specified by the RTO. 

Step 4: Submit the duly filled application form, along with the required documents and fees, to the RTO office.

How to Check Duplicate Registration Certificate (RC) status?

Follow the steps described below to check the status of your Duplicate Registration Certificate (RC): 

Step 1: Visit the Parivahan Sewa services portal. 

Step 2: Look for the ‘RCDL’ (Registration Certificate of Duplicate License) section, typically under the ‘RC Related Services’ or a similar category.
