The Universal Account Number (UAN) is a 12-digit unique number that is allotted to an employee working in an organization. The UAN was first introduced in the year 2014 and since then it has made certain processes quite easier like check Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) balance, withdrawal, application of loan against Provident Fund (PF).

How to Download and Print UAN Card

- Go to the ‘View’ section and click on ‘UAN Card’.
- You will find the next screen which displays your UAN Card.
- Click on ‘Download UAN Card’ situated on the top right corner.
- You can save the soft copy of the card or you can also take a print out of this for your future reference.
What Information does the UAN Card Include?
The UAN Card contains the following information:
- UAN of the employee
- Name of the employee
- QR code
- Know Your Customer (KYC) details
- Date stamp
It is highly recommended to verify the details of the UAN card before you print it. In case there is any error, you have to get in touch with the EPFO support team to rectify it at the earliest.
