After you have registered on the HP gas website or by visiting a distributor, you can apply for a new cylinder or book a refill for your gas cylinder. HP Gas provides its customers with a number of options, and you can choose one that is the most convenient for you.
You can book your cylinder or a cylinder refill online, wherever you are by simply signing in to your HP Gas account. All you have to do is sign in and select the “Book Your Cylinder” option. You will be taken to a page where you can input the date you wish your refill cylinder to be delivered. You will receive an acknowledgement and a confirmation once your cylinder has been delivered.

In the case of calls made through a mobile number, you will receive an SMS with the order number. You will also receive an SMS with the cylinder cost (subsidized or non-subsidized).

Via SMS: You can book a refill cylinder through SMS, simply by registering your mobile number with HP Gas.
Via Mobile App (for Android and iPhone): You can also refill your cylinder through a mobile app specially designed for this purpose. You can also register a complaint, check your order history and surrender your connection through the app.
The Government of India provides its citizens with a subsidy for those who cannot afford the market price of an LPG cylinder. This subsidy can be availed by all individuals who are eligible for the same.
As per the subsidy scheme, known as the PAHAL scheme, individuals who have applied for the subsidy will receive the money directly in their registered bank accounts.
