How to Register a Marriage Online in Goa

  1. Visit the official Goa government portal of the registration department.
  2. Select Registration of Marriage option from the menu.

  4. Next, upload all the scanned copies of the necessary documents.
  5. Pay the fees through online mode of transaction.
  6. Then schedule an appointment with the Registrar of marriages.
  7. Visit the office with original documents and two witnesses to complete the process.
  8. After verifying all documents, your marriage certificate will be issued within 15 to 30 days but if the marriage is registered under the Special Marriage Act, it may take up to 30 to 60 days.
